PT Terang Bintang is seeking a dedicated and professional Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for event management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event schedules.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are accurately communicated to vendors and guests.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring all equipment and decorations are in place and properly maintained.,Coordinate with catering and beverage services to ensure timely delivery and setup of food and drinks.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and any other relevant information.,Assist in the cleanup and preparation of event spaces for the next event.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is beneficial.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
