📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the dental industry.,Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare providers.,Participate in continuous professional development and training for the clinic's staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proven experience in dental clinic management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of dental practices and procedures.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with dental software and management tools is a plus.
