📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive the branch's performance and profitability through effective team management and operational strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
