In this role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and payments are received on time. You will also be involved in credit control activities, working closely with our customers to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice processing, payment collection, and credit control activities.
- Ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and payments are received on time.
- Work closely with customers to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit monthly accounts receivable reports to management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
