📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
