📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Monitor cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate recording of sales and stock levels.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven experience in managing and supervising staff.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
