📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established schedules and standards.,Monitor and maintain the health of crops, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.,Support the implementation of best practices for pest and disease control.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of farming equipment and tools.,Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Participate in inventory management and record-keeping activities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to production activities.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by following company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience in agriculture or related fields.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Familiarity with farming techniques and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
