📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Promoting products and services through various marketing channels.,Participating in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
