📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the AMDK/FMCG industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
