📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize project delays.,Coordinate with subcontractors to address any issues or disputes related to project scope, quality, or timelines.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.,Prepare and analyze project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans to optimize project efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.,Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction and quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of construction contracts, claims procedures, and dispute resolution processes.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage subcontractors and stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations is a plus.
