In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of business activities, managing customer relations, and supporting the sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in coordinating business activities and meetings with clients and partners.,Manage customer relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.,Assist in the organization and execution of business events and exhibitions.,Translate documents and communicate with clients and partners in Mandarin.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business activities and customer interactions.,Provide administrative support to the business team as needed.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.,Strong command of Mandarin language, both written and spoken.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business-related role, preferably in an international environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with business etiquette and protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
