📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments using POS systems.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, including preparing and delivering drinks to customers.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and restocking products as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including cleaning workstations and restrooms.
• Promoting Chatime’s products and services to customers, both in-store and through social media platforms.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Following health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the store manager to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Familiarity with the beverage industry and Chatime’s products is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Must have a valid ID and be able to pass a background check.
