PT Kusuma Bintang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our supply chain processes.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about logistics and operations management, with a strong background in supply chain, warehouse management, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.Ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively, and that all processes are compliant with company policies and procedures.Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations, including automation, process improvement, and technology adoption.Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, including accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that all operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and operations management, and implement relevant changes as needed.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the warehouse, and that all staff are properly trained and equipped to work safely.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, warehouse management, or a related field.Strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team of warehouse staff.Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
