You will work closely with the finance manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and you will be the primary point of contact for all financial inquiries and transactions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Work closely with the finance manager to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide regular updates to senior management.Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial inquiries and transactions, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Train and mentor junior finance staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.Stay up-to-date on the latest financial trends and best practices, and implement new processes and systems as needed.Participate in financial planning and analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership position.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.🛠️ Keahlian
