📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff.,Resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other operational software.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
