📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.
