📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.,Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the tax department.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise management on the potential impact of these changes on the company.,Conduct regular audits of the tax function to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, and tax authorities, to ensure the effective resolution of tax-related issues.,Prepare and present comprehensive tax reports and analyses to management, providing insights and recommendations for tax planning and compliance.,Ensure the timely and accurate payment of all tax liabilities, including withholding taxes, payroll taxes, and other applicable taxes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate tax, withholding tax, and VAT.,Proven experience in tax planning and compliance, with a track record of success in minimizing tax liability.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, staff, and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax-related issues.,Proficiency in using tax accounting software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
