📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative funding strategies to secure financial resources for our expansion projects.
• Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities through various channels, including government grants, private investors, and financial institutions.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors to ensure continued support and growth.
• Prepare and present comprehensive funding proposals and reports to the management team and investors.
• Monitor and analyze funding performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance and marketing departments to align funding strategies with our overall business objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract and retain investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, or financial management.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective funding strategies.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and securing funding for business expansion.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
