📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the resort's menu and guest preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Manage and train junior cooks to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Work efficiently to meet the resort's high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Participate in daily and weekly kitchen meetings to discuss menu planning and improvements.,Handle inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and health certificate.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
