📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Collaborating with other departments to implement audit recommendations.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Maintaining audit documentation and records.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
