📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.,Maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Experience with network security and data protection measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
