📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish,Ensure that quality standards are met and maintained,Manage and mentor junior production staff,Optimize production schedules and workflows,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections,Maintain and update production records and reports,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in tea production or a related field,Strong knowledge of tea production processes and quality standards,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production management,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
