Fresh Spot Indonesia is seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and user experience best practices,Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience,Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are technically feasible and can be implemented effectively,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and apply this knowledge to create innovative and engaging designs,Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills and expertise,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies,Experience with agile development methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative environment,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
