📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, in collaboration with parents and other educators.
• Teach academic subjects to students with special needs, using differentiated instruction and appropriate teaching strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and other educators.
• Collaborate with the school's special education team to ensure that students receive the support they need to succeed.
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest special education practices and technologies.
• Participate in school events and activities to promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, and ensure that all students are treated with respect and dignity.
• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students, and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching students with special needs, preferably in an Islamic school setting.
• Knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional Indonesia) and the Indonesian Education Standards (Standar Kompetensi Lulusan).
• Understanding of the principles of Islamic education and the ability to integrate Islamic values into the curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, students, and other educators.
• Ability to use special education software and tools, such as IEPs, progress reports, and data management systems.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by the Indonesian government.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
