📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and trainers.,Manage and maintain training records and documentation.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with training management systems and software is a plus.,Valid CPNS or equivalent certification is a plus.
