- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment sales, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the medical equipment industry, including products, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
