📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily maintenance and care of our plantations, including planting, weeding, and irrigation.
• Monitor crop growth and health, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain water management systems to ensure optimal water usage.
• Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and pH balance.
• Use GPS devices and other technological tools to track and manage field activities efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening, agriculture, or a related field.
• Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, soil testing kits, and other agricultural tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations within East Kalimantan.
