📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure the financial health of our portfolio.
• Monitor and manage credit risk exposure, including credit loss provisions and provisioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on credit risk management and policy improvements.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform our credit policy decisions.
• Train and mentor team members on credit policy and risk management best practices.
• Report on credit policy performance and risk metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit policy and risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit policies.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in credit risk management or a related field is a plus.
