📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on safety best practices and environmental protection.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of HSE measures.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain a proactive HSE approach.
Ensure the proper disposal and management of hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in a marine or shipyard environment.
Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001.
Proven experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety program development.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 for environmental management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in using HSE management software, such as SAP EHS or similar platforms.
