📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Implement corrective actions to prevent future problems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and schedule maintenance activities
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in industrial settings
• Proven experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and facilities, including pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or Maximo
• Valid certifications in mechanical or electrical maintenance, such as NATE or EASA
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
