📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability in construction and property development projects.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting for projects, ensuring that financial targets are met.
• Oversee the financial health of projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Work closely with project managers and developers to make informed financial decisions.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of projects, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction and property development industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Certification in financial management, such as CPA or CFA, is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
