In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and developing your team, and ensuring our coffee quality is at its peak. You'll work closely with our baristas and staff to maintain the high standards that have made Baskbear Coffee a favorite among coffee enthusiasts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee pavilion, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Train and develop baristas and staff to maintain high standards of coffee quality and customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor and optimize sales performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, working to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the coffee pavilion, ensuring it meets the expectations of our elite clientele.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the coffee or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, with a passion for specialty coffee.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems such as Square or Toast.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is a plus.
