📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Support the HR team in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing training programs for employees.
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of HR metrics and KPIs.
• Help with the coordination of employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as Oracle HCM or Workday, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for learning.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Availability to work in Canggu, Bali for the duration of the internship.
