📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and excavation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Optimize production processes to meet company targets and improve efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of mine workers, providing training and support.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and performance to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement new mining technologies.
• Report on operational performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mine supervision or similar roles.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using mining software such as MineSight, AutoCAD, and Surpac.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards.
