📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential customers for credit products, ensuring they meet our Sharia-compliant criteria.
• Assess the creditworthiness of customers using our in-house credit scoring system and other financial tools.
• Propose tailored financial solutions that align with Sharia principles and meet the customers' needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Islamic finance sector.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of credit products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing strategies for credit products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Sharia principles and Islamic finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with credit scoring systems and financial tools.
• Certification in Islamic finance (e.g., CIFA, AICPA) is a plus.
