In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team to implement data-driven strategies, leverage tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to track performance, and collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our online presence. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll drive innovation in our e-commerce operations, ensuring we stay ahead in Bali’s competitive digital market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce, to enhance user experience and drive sales.
• Analyze sales data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that boost online visibility and sales.
• Manage and train the e-commerce team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve our inventory management systems to ensure stock levels are optimized for sales performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce operations.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
