📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications as prescribed by psychiatrists and monitor patients' responses.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support patients' emotional and psychological well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health nursing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Mental Health or a related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Nurse certification (SIK or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health nursing.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based mental health practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
