📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for local governance challenges using data analytics and digital platforms
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to design and pilot new programs
- Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to understand community requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions using key performance indicators
- Create and deliver training programs to build local capacity in digital governance tools
- Stay updated with the latest trends in civic innovation and public administration
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Represent Innovate Bangka Belitung at conferences, workshops, and networking events
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civic innovation, public administration, or related fields
- Strong understanding of local governance systems and community development
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel
- Experience with digital governance platforms like Open Data Kit or Kobo Toolbox
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
- Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Pangkal Pinang
