📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our electronic health record system (Epic).
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care services, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide information and education to patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient care is comprehensive and meets the highest standards.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care protocols and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care services, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Certification in Patient Care or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Epic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
