📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance food security and resilience in Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the implementation of government policies and programs related to food security.
• Manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including farmers, local governments, and international organizations.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the food security landscape.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food security initiatives and programs.
• Represent the agency at national and international forums to advocate for food security policies.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food security standards and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of food security specialists and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food security, agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and project management in food security initiatives.
• Strong understanding of government policies and regulations related to food security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GIS and other geographic information systems for spatial analysis.
• Certification in food security or a related field is a plus.
