📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and finance processes.
Integrate Odoo ERP with existing IT systems and third-party applications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Odoo ERP functionalities.
Monitor and optimize ERP system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP solutions and Odoo development.
Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of ERP implementations.
Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Odoo.
Certification in Odoo development or related ERP technologies is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules for manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
Proficient in Python, XML, and JavaScript for Odoo customization.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
